tOEFL SERVICE'DEN GELEN CEVAP:
Dear testtaker,

We apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused you. Regarding the problem with the June 12, 2010 exam, we could not hear your Speaking responses due to a technical problem with our system. The technical problem occurred during the processing of the exam at ETS. The testing center was not at fault in any way.
This is why we have issued a payment voucher for you to retest free of charge, in accordance with ETS policies and procedures.

The TOEFL iBT exam is designed in such a way that all sections must be completed during one testing session in order for scores to produce. Our system will not allow a "blending" of sections from one exam with sections of another exam to create a final set of scores.

The total score is a culmination of all the sections of the test and if one section score is missing, a total score cannot be processed. Section scores become available only when a total score is captured.

Unfortunately you will have to complete the entire exam again. We understand the time and effort that was placed into completing the TOEFL iBT exam. This is why we encourage you to share this letter with your designated score recipients so that they are made aware of the problems that you encountered with the scoring of your June 12, 2010 TOEFL iBT
